We were so impressed with their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail on our trim project in the addition off of our kitchen! They were very respectful of our home and our space, which was important to us since we have young children and the room is right off our kitchen and main living area. The team set up multiple layers of coverings to protect our floors, carpet, windows, and furniture. They also had a solid plan and moved smoothly from one part of the project to the next. They started and finished right on time and we were extremely pleased with the results. We have done a lot of projects in our house and found that the least expensive option is not always worth it. WHire this company! I made the mistake of NOT hiring DJI Services when I started my kitchen and powder room remodel. Dave Innis had come to my house to give me a quote. I decided to go with a different contractor who was immediately available and came highly recommended by a friend. Two months after construction started and my first contractor was unable to finish the job, I called up Dave Innis and asked him to finish the job. Once I got Dave and Dan in my house, I knew everything was going to be done right. They became my own personal Holmes on Homes. They fixed a lot of mistakes made by the first contractor and knocked out my punch list within two weeks by fitting me into their very busy schedule. Dave and Dan were able to solve a host of problems with trim work electrical outlet problems. Complex carpentry was not a problem for them, and they worked diligently until the job was finished to my satisfaction. I plan to hire DJI Services again for my next project.

My fiancé and I hired DJI to install a vent hood over our cook top because the microwave "re-circulator" that was there did not help with ventilation while cooking. Every time we cooked anything the smoke alarm would go off and smoke would fill our kitchen and ultimately rest of the house. We were thinking that there would need to be a lot of drywall disruption to get the proper duct vents installed. While not ideal, it would have to be done to solve our problem. When Dave came to work on the project he brought his drywall guy and they were able to configure a way to bring everything up behind the wall to vent out the roof. We ended up having barely any drywall disruption at all! Dave even went so far as to center the roof vent between two other vents for aesthetics. Now we can cook as much as we want without the smoke alarm going off. We will definitely contact DJI for our next home improvement problem or renovation idea!
